He coached more than 28,000 people on intricacies of deep tech Entrepreneurship. He directly mentored 275+ startups offering guidance on product development to scaling businesses.

As part of knowledge dissemination, Dr.Suresh authored a book “Product Sense: Engineering your ideas into Reality”. This explores the entire lifecycle of a product, from ideation, design to prototyping and manufacturing. Each chapter is a masterclass, revealing the secrets to navigating common pitfalls and leveraging innovation and strategic thinking. Published in 2024, till now 323 books are sold. The contents of the book is made curriculum syllabus by Kerala Technological University in undergraduate engineering curriculum, where 37500 students learn this as text book every year.

Academicians with excellent publications shy away from translation of their technology to products. Returning professional women (mothers) find it difficult to join any corporates and look for flexible job opportunities. To encourage them towards entrepreneurship, Dr.Suresh formulated and led IEEE social project “ Enabling Academicians and Returning Women as potential Entrepreneurs”. Dr.Suresh identified, educated and assessed 1200+ attendees on intricacies of Entrepreneurship.
