Dr. K.R.Suresh Nair

E-Scientia is a mock space lab which provides an ambience and working experience  of a space lab. The project was originated from Uruguay and conventionally, these labs are built in Uruguay and ship to respective places for installation. Due to the lack of fund availability in the project, our effort to bring this lab to Kerala was  challenged. 

The Kochi Subsection volunteers took up that challenge under the able leadership of Dr.Suresh Nair, and built the space lab here locally on the general guidelines of Uruguay project.

The volunteer team spent considerable amount of time and effort and is successfully installed within Centre for Science in Society, Cochin University.

Every day, almost 50 school students visit and feel the thrilling experience of working in a space lab.
